Point of Sale SystemThis software extension is designed to work seamlessly with the évoSuite Booking Engine and eStore, but also offers features that improve your operational experience.
Multiple cash drawers and payment types
The point of sale system allows up to 10 cash drawers for separation via area or sales staff. It's customised to suit your individual needs, allowing for a range of payment types, which may include eftpos, credit card, cheque or cash, plus any other payment types you wish to add.
Client Reference ID
Choose to add an external reference ID to the payments (coupon reference, ticket number, room number or accounting software ID number, for example).
Sales staff tracking and assignment
Quickly add users to the website and then assign the payment to this user. This can be used to compile a comprehensive report at a later stage.
Part Payment solution
Choose to have payment in full or in part. Payments can also be split amongst the different payment types (eftpos, credit card, cheque and cash).
DPS Integration
If you have DPS set up on your évoSuite website, the payment will automatically be applied to the correct booking or shop receipt, thereby adding an audit trail that can be used for tracking and reporting.
Additional comments
There is a field for any extra comments about the particular payment that is being processed, for future reference.
